We opened our first restaurant, Fiesta, in Stamford, CT in 1995 with the hope of giving guests a taste of our favorite food. Fiesta quickly developed a reputation for delicious Peruvian cuisine and a comfortable atmosphere. Inspired by Fiesta's success, we opened Fiesta Cove four years later. At the same time, we moved our original Fiesta to its current location on Atlantic Street. With two bustling restaurants in Stamford and many satisfied guests, we expanded to include a third location, Fiesta Limena, in Norwalk, CT in 2006. Fiesta, Fiesta Cove, and Fiesta Limena all feature the same delicious Peruvian food and friendly service our guests have enjoyed for years. We are committed to serving authentic food that captures the essence of Peru in a comfortable, family-friendly environment.
Each meal starts with our famous aji, a green sauce made from a secret recipe that includes hot chili peppers. Many guests enjoy it with fresh bread as well as the rest of their meal.
Then our Peruvian chefs prepare customer favorites such as Lomo Saltado,
delicious strips of pepper steak sauteed with onions and tomatoes, or Pollo a la Brasa, a succulent
seasoned rotisserie chicken dish.
We also offer traditional desserts such as alfajores, layered cookies with a sweet filling, to complete your Peruvian dining experience.
